Prestige Concrete Products is committed to the design and production of consistent quality concrete to meet your project needs. All mixes are designed and tested prior to being centrally input into the appropriate location’s computerized batching system.

When any order is placed for specialty concrete, the Dispatcher generates a “High Profile Job Report”. This is sent to our Quality Control and Sales Departments to verify that the correct mix has been assigned to the pour.

All of our concrete plants are staffed with FDOT-certified batch technicians who follow the Quality Control plan for that particular location. This includes, but is not limited to, checking material moistures on a regular basis (at least daily) to ensure that the correct amount of water is used in the mix. All materials are weighed and placed into the truck using the computerized batch panel with individual tolerances set to meet ASTM standards. The accuracy of all material scales are verified by a third party at least quarterly.

These processes and procedures ensure that Prestige produces the right concrete on a consistent basis.
